These terms govern your use of AstroChat Live, operated by AstroChat Live. By messaging our WhatsApp number or using this website, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

AstroChat Live is an AI astrologer that answers questions over WhatsApp. It generates birth charts (kundli), horoscopes, and compatibility readings from the birth details you provide. There is no human astrologer on the other end, and the site itself hosts no chat. Everything happens in WhatsApp.

This is the most important term on this page. Readings are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not, and must not be treated as, professional advice of any kind.

• Do not use a reading in place of medical or mental-health care from a qualified doctor.

• Do not use a reading in place of legal or financial advice from a licensed professional.

• Do not make irreversible life decisions about marriage, money, health, or career on the basis of a reading alone.

The AI can be wrong, and can produce answers that sound confident but are inaccurate. Every decision you take after a reading is your own. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact a local emergency service or a mental-health helpline immediately, not this service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. By using the service you confirm that you are.

• Give accurate birth details: the reading is only as good as the information behind it.

• Use the service for yourself, or for someone who has agreed to you sharing their birth details.

• Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or automate access to the service.

• Do not use the service to harass another person, or to produce unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content.

• Do not resell readings or present them as your own professional astrological service.

Your first chat is free. Paid usage is planned at ₹50 per hour, and is not live yet. Nothing is being charged today. When paid usage launches, the price and payment terms will be shown clearly before you are asked to pay, and these terms will be updated to match.

We aim to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It depends on WhatsApp and on third-party AI providers, which we do not control. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and we will give reasonable notice where we can.

The AstroChat Live name, logo, website, and underlying software belong to AstroChat Live. You may use the readings you receive for your own personal purposes. You may not copy the site, its design, or its content for commercial use without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AstroChat Live is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including any decision you take on the basis of a reading. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using the service at any time by blocking our WhatsApp number, and you can ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms as the service develops; the “last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Questions go to support@astrochatlive.com.
